How quickly time flies when you’re having fun! The weather is all over the place, tho! I’ll be so glad when spring comes.
Today it was warmer but now rain and cold air is moving in. Hopefully we have a lovely spring!
The doctor had changed my thyroid pill to a lesser dose because my hypo went hyper but it doesn’t appear to be enough because I’m broken out in itchy bumps head to shins. I finally convinced the doctor to retest my blood at 6 weeks. I actually went to http:douglasderm.com , Dr. Hougeir to make sure it wasn’t something else. He gave me a steroid cream and I’m taking Benadryl late afternoon so I can sleep at night. I’ve tried Calamine Lotion, Benadryl Gel, Gold Bond Powder, cold showers, ice pack and it’s not QUITE as bad, but it’s intensely itchy!
We want to go see The Winchester House. Erin has been in Atlanta until late today for work and starts tomorrow in Bremen representing Straight Talk. She’s busy this month!
Nick got his taxes back and is looking for a Miata. Holler if you know of one for sale or trade. He’s got a 2002 Chevy Caviler Z something. He wants standard transmission. We all have standard. If I were ever to change vehicles, I’ll get an automatic. My knee bothers me after a long drive or having to hold the car on a steep incline repeatedly.
MUST stop scratching!
Oh I got my CD of Caleb and Kelsey Grimm’s ‘Worship’ and love it so much. They intermingled hymns in with praise and worship music and slowed it down. It’s just beautiful.
Sunday is our Super Bowl Party with our Life Group. I think I’ve decided what to take. I’m thinking mini subs. Meatballs for one type and sausage, peppers and onions for the others. We always have so much fun! I love our Life Group. @The Ward Life Group at Ephesus Baptist Church.
Jim has one book that is fully accepted, finished including the cover art work so it’ll be on Amazon for sale very soon. He’s finished a novel which is in the approval stage now, is starting another novel and is auditioning for 3 tonight. He spends 1 or more hours a night reading out loud in his room so we keep it quiet upstairs.
I found the three books out of almost 1,000 that are looking for narrators/ readers online today. You have to be careful. They don’t always tell you everything and if you were to sign a contract, you’re stuck. Sometimes you can tell by the cover art that it’s not something a Christian should read.
Well, going to watch #Pastor Steven Furtick ‘s sermon from this weekend and then some other TV.
Take care and come back soon for
Just a Little Talk
